Games for Engagement

Communicating new ideas and strategies in an engaging way across large organizations is difficult.

The solution? Simulation and games!

Our clients love the games we create because they empower participants to collaborate and interact with each other as they explore different ideas and strategies. Games can also create a simulation of real life or theoretical scenarios, allowing participants the freedom of trial and error before applying change across a department or organization.

We've recently worked with a large multi-national organization to develop a card game that communicates their new consumer strategy across a workforce that spans countries and cultures. The card game was developed around a set of questions and answers, creating a story that will allow participants to learn how the new strategies will impact consumers. While playing, participants will also gain an appreciation of their individual link to the consumers and their role in the consumers' journey.

In addition to physical card games, we also create online simulations, multiplayer games and app-based games in our Learning Labs. Our online simulations engage teams around the world in supported decision making and problem solving -- to explore and understand new situations and scenarios. The debrief's enable organisations to learn and prepare for future probabilities in a fun and safe way!

Games can be a fun, engaging and interactive approach to sharing information and developing strategies. Click This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to contact us and learn more.
