In December, Ludic applied our state of the art Smart Lab approach of collaboration and decision-making to helping leaders from one of the world's leading corporate concerns decide on and plan their strategy moving into the future.
As part of the Smart Lab, our visual scribes captured key messages coming out of the plenaries and breakout groups. Meanwhile collaboration was encouraged with our Timeline app, which allowed delegates to work together to structure a timeline for their future vision.
