Our approach has three phases:
Phase 1: Design Research
We work with our clients to understand the challenges facing their organization and discover what is needed to ensure their finance function is world-class. Establishing a Transition Design Community, we define the goals for the programme.
Phase 2: Collaborative Blueprint Design
A three-day Design Event brings together external experts and key stakeholders across the client's organization to design a blueprint and roadmap that will transform the finance function to Finance 2.0 standards.
Phase 3: Media-Based Transformation
Having developed a blueprint for achieving transformation, we provide multi-media tools that create strategic alignment across every aspect of the wider organization.
