Create an impactful and motivational experience to ensure understanding and engagement of the organisational vision.
Solution
We designed and built a colourful, interactive and immersive space within an existing conference room.
The space featured an “experience tunnel” for participants to explore key messages and engage with different media. The tunnel lead participants to the main plenary space, enriched with interactive lighting and video walls.
Throughout the event participants as well as stakeholders not present at the event could collaborate and send messages to the main video wall via Ludic’s SmartLab app.
