As an entrepreneur and investor, Paul has a successful track record in establishing and growing innovative and technology based businesses.
He continues to work with clients around the world to design and direct memorable and engaging experiences.
He is a Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where he has introduced Capstone programmes and designed the ground-breaking Open Innovation Programme. His research is focused on organisational Decision-making and the Creative Economies.
He is a Founding Partner of The Ludic Group where his research into Cloud Based Transformation Consulting, Digital Learning Programmes and Engagement are put into practice.
He works with the most recognised corporate organisations in the world, governments, and the UN and UNDP. Garrick is interested in how very large systems are able to transform themselves through learning and outcomes based decision-making.
Wearing his musical hat, Garrick composes for films, contemporary artists and performance.
He is an inspiring and multi-award winning consultant and business coach who specialises in leadership & influence. He is the originator of a story-based coaching process which has allowed directors, CEOs and leadership teams to better lead both businesses and themselves. Over the last 22 years, he has worked with over 100 of the world’s leading companies, and is currently a faculty member on three leadership programmes.
His career has spanned 38 years, first as an international gymnast, then as a successful actor, next as a writer, and finally as a consultant and coach. In the distant past, he had the dubious honour of being a Clown-Robot on Doctor Who.
With over 15 years experience, his work focuses on the creative and strategic development of virtual environments for learning, knowledge sharing, collaboration and entertainment across multiple platforms.
Clemens studied Communication Design in Düsseldorf and has a Masters degree in Interactive Multimedia from the University of the Arts London. He has been a guest lecturer on Motion Graphic and Design at the University of Applied Sciences in Salzburg and delivered key notes on Interaction and Communication Design at conferences in Moscow and Beijing. His personal projects were exhibited at London's Victoria & Albert Museum and the London Design Festival.
By combining his passion for new technologies and all things digital with his design education, he has created state of the art online platforms and games for several large blue-chip organisations.
Clemens is also an enthusiastic cook, curiously experimenting with new techniques and ingredients from around the world.
With a background in large scale business and technology transformations at Accenture, Georg specialises in delivering collaboration, learning and people engagement solutions with a focus on applying Design Thinking methods with Digital tools.
Georg holds a 1st Class Masters degree in Comparative Jurisprudence from the University of Exeter and is a keen musician and sportsman.
With over twelve years of communications, consulting and events production experience, Aliki has consulted on and has led strategic communications and crisis management projects for multinational organisations, governmental bodies and various institutions. She has also produced a great variety of impactful and memorable corporate strategic and international trade events, conferences and festivals worldwide.
In the past eight years, Aliki has been focusing on communications and engagement campaigns, capability building and transformation programmes as well the production of large scale design events. In her spare time, Aliki loves sailing, skiing and creative cooking!
His work has also appeared in a diverse range of publications from the Beano to the Spectator. A career highlight is seeing his work in the 50 years of Private Eye book and accompanying exhibition at the V&A.
Before joining Ludic, John established a film production company where the short films he wrote and directed were recognised by regional and national film festivals. He previously studied Film at the University of Southampton, UK.
John is also a avid cinema goer, loves travelling, and is an enthusiastic football player, holding the dubious club honour of longest time without scoring a goal.
She has around 20 years of experience in various administrative and financial roles within organisations including charities, solicitors and independent financial advisors. She has been with Ludic for ten years and knows the company inside and out.
Tracey enjoys walking, coffee with friends and countryside pubs. Her most recent hobby is motorbike riding and plans to do some touring in the near future.
Graeme is chief software architect and lead developer at Ludic Digital. With over a decade of software development experience and a previous background in product design and engineering, Graeme delivers robust and agile online solutions.
Beyond the digital world, Graeme is a keen music enthusiast and loves to travel and explore world cultures and cuisine.
Mel is a highly experienced PM and Producer. Prior to joining Ludic she worked as a TV Producer/Director in Factual and Factual Entertainment. She collaborated with major broadcasters including the BBC, Channel 4, Five, ITV, The Discovery Channel and National Geographic. She has also Production Managed on high profile music videos & commercials.
She has a first class BA Degree in Film from The University for Creative Arts in Surrey, UK and also gained a Master of Arts in Documentary Research at The London College of Printing. Mel loves travelling, photography and the great outdoors.
He is also part of the Event Production team where he has extensive experience in applying visual communication to virtual and physical engagement.
Prior to joining Ludic, Jake was an artist and illustrator working in conjunction with fine artists and developing his design portfolio through freelance work.
Outside the world of design, Jake is a passionate musician and music producer with a deep love for jazz, hip-hop and a wide range of electronic music. He is an avid record collector and music gear enthusiast.
For the last year, he has been delivering award-winning blended learning programmes, working with people and technology to enact real business transformations.
On the other side of the coin, Alex has written and directed short films for broadcast by Channel 4 and Sky Arts which have also been shown and won awards at festivals around the world – mostly dark comedies/dramas and always with a touch of the absurd.
Sarah is a producer and communications specialist for the Ludic Group with experience in producing high quality and engaging multimedia solutions for clients.
With a background in communication, Sarah studied Journalism and has a Masters degree in Gender, Media and Culture from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Before joining Ludic, she travelled the world as a reporter covering Entertainment and Culture for websites, newspapers and magazines.
When not spending her time with Ludic projects, she enjoy reading historical dramas and watching probably more TV shows than she should.
He brings diverse experience from consulting and corporate roles across shipping, oil & gas and more recently the medical devices industries. He has studied mechanical and marine engineering and holds an MBA from London Business School.
