Garrick Jones, Research Fellow at the LSE, Co-Founder & Partner, Ludic & Author of Alive: Digital Humans and their Organizations, is live on stage tomorrow at the worlds' largest gathering of corporate innovators. The Innovation Roundtable® Summit 2019 to be hosted in Copenhagen, will be attended by 700 innovation executives from 250 multinational firms.
The Summit has a highly interactive format, combining insightful presentations with a variety of discussion sessions, enabling innovation experts to exchange experiences with peers about topics of special interest, and with ample time dedicated to informal networking. Garrick will be presenting during the evening sessions and his talk with be focusing on Collaboration in the Age of Digital.

About Garrick
Garrick Jones is a businessman, academic and musician based in London.
He is a Fellow at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) where he teaches on the ground-breaking Open Innovation Programme. His research is focused on Decision-making and the Creative Economy. He is a Senior Tutor of Design Enterprise at the Royal College of Art & Design (RCA) in Innovation, Design & Engineering. He is a Founding Partner of The Ludic Group – a global strategic design and implementation consultancy, that puts the theory and practice of Design Thinking into Action, creates software for large group decision making and supports global organisations such as Coca-Cola and Novartis to transform themselves.
As an expert in ways of working, decision support and learning organisations, Garrick has been instrumental in the development of purpose-built collaborative learning environments (CLEs). He has advised on numerous projects for corporations and governments – working with the Thai Culture and Design Centre (TCDC), a state-of-the-art executive education facility for the University of Cambridge and a collaborative learning environment for the London School of Economics known as BOX. He had advised the Brazilian Government on policy and implementing an Enabling Culture of Entrepreneurialism. He has worked with Kwame Nkrumah University of Kumasi in Ghana on creating a Design Lab for supporting Innovation and is an Advisor to Spain on Enabling Regional Innovation. He advises the Spanish Government on the Creative Economy and Regional Development.
Garrick's academic research is focused on large scale support systems for commerce and business, culture, education and community development. He is particularly focused on the value of visualization methods and tools for enabling decision-making and constructive problem solving. He has worked with teams to develop and launch Collaborative Innovation Centres on every continent. He is a member of the UN's IFIP TaskForce on Decision Making, and was awarded the first "1851 Commission Fellowship" for Design in Management – one of the most illustrious Awards in Great Britain As a musician he plays and composes - most recently collaborating with the artist Urs Fischer on a book and performances at the Centre Pompidou, Paris, the Kunsthaus, Zurich and the Camden Arts Centre, London. Garrick was born in 1965 in South Africa and educated at the University of Oxford.
