Ludic’s SmartLearning won Gold at the 2016 Learning Technologies Awards!

Ludic's SmartLearning Programme is the 2016 Learning Technologies Awards Gold Winner in the "Best Blended Learning Project" category!

The winners of the 206 Learning Technologies Awards were announced on 30 November at a glittering ceremony at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel in London. Over 800 people gathered to celebrate the best in learning technologies across the world, including representatives from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, India, USA, Turkey, Germany, Hungary, Switzerland, Spain & Italy. Entries were received from a huge range of sectors, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, finance, transport, utilities, retail, leisure, and communications, as well as national and international government, major public and membership bodies and leading international education brands.

Ludic, has designed and delivered this award winning programme "6 Months to become effective Business Partners" for Novartis, using a bespoke software, the Ludic SmartLab.

This state-of-the-art online distance learning programme effectively achieved worldwide participation, collaboration, coaching and networking. The Program was a solution to an urgent and high profile business need shifting Novartis leaders' mind-set training them to become effective Business Partners. The learning approach allowed participants to customise their learning journey and experience in an engaging and practical way, through self-learning, virtual classrooms, one-to-one coaching and community engagement. Participants then applied the knowledge gained to solve a real business challenge. The programme has been so successful that the organisation has extend it for another year and has made it available to the rest of the organisation. It has also transformed expectations around L&D in Novartis and raised the bar in terms of blended solutions.
