Challenge
As part of a wider Ludic supported transformation, a leading global beverages company wanted to bring together the global leaders to design the strategy around their finance function of the future and subsequently roll this out in an engagement campaign to all 3,000 finance associates globally.
Solution
Ludic designed and delivered a face-to-face immersive event for the top 200 leadership people, followed by a series of virtual events using Ludic’s SmartLab digital delivery platform which enabled the client to take its workforce through live facilitated and on demand structured activities and scenarios that connected the high-level vision with pragmatic initiatives and gathered feedback on the strategy.
The experience engaged a population of over 3,000 individuals through a network of ambassadors across the global community who are now working to implement this collaboratively created future vision.
Throughout the program we used data analytics and visualisation of data, sentiment and pain points. We developed engaging media and communication materials including animates, rich pictures and films to bring the content to life and make it highly interactive and engaging for participants.
