A global products client needed to bring together their key stakeholders from around the world to collaboratively design a complex solution to engage their 120k global workforce and enable a shift towards digital working practices.
Solution
As a key part of the wider culture change programme, this global organisation brought together leaders from across the business to align on the design principles and rollout of a Digital Awareness solution via a facilitated SmartEvent.
The event was held over 3 "sprint" sessions, where an experienced facilitation team took the leadership team through different stages of a solution design process, all within the SmartLab environment.
