To create an immersive and engaging multi-channel campaign to keep people informed and engaged throughout the experience.
Solution
Design and delivery of a 16 week campaign across multiple online and offline channels using nudging and rewards alongside traditional promotional and advertising principles.
The campaign included the development of a series of messages and slogans to communicate the purpose of the experience as well as the benefits to the participants. Driven by weekly newsletter updates the campaign was supported by print material, online banners as well as videos and animations.
The campaign led to a 94.6% engagement rate.
