As part of a wider Ludic supported transformation, this leading global Beverages company wanted to co-create strategic solutions to bring their vision to life. They also wanted to build a network of ambassadors across the global community.
Solution
Ludic created a series of virtual events that enabled the client to take its workforce through a series of structured activities and scenarios that connected the high level vision with pragmatic initiatives.
The user experience engaged a population of >3000 staff and developed a network of ambassadors who are now working to implement this collaboratively created future vision.
The overall engagement took 8 weeks to plan, organise and deliver. The community engagement work is ongoing through an accredited animation team.
