Challenge
To design and deploy the Lean Services methodology within an innovation framework for key account and business teams within a multinational IT services organisation.
Solution
We worked with experts to apply innovation techniques to develop and synthesise Lean Services education and tools for the 11,000 members of staff within UK & Ireland using a virtual learning approach.
We provided our virtual learning platform, together with a compendium of learning courses, that provided practical information and scenarios for employees to use Lean tools and innovation techniques in their daily work.
The learning programme was rolled out across the entire UK&I organisation
