Challenge
Communicating and engaging an organisation-wide digital implementation affecting all employees and customers of a major retailer. We were asked to bring the campaign to life for all offices and shared service centres and to design materials to engage the population in the digital implementation programme.
Solution
The suite of tools included infographics that told the story of the journey, animations that brought the story to life and an interactive website that used latest in web design and augmented reality to provide bespoke communication for different employee roles within a consistent communication framework.
We designed a programme of ambassador led capability sessions and web-based training that supported the migration to new systems. We supported this leading retailer to turn around employee engagement and a sense of apathy about the organisation’s commitment to change across all offices and shared service centres.
