Challenge
As part of an executive development programme, teams conducted Action Research culminating in a facilitated innovation event focused on the role of Digital in modern medicine.
The teams addressed real business challenges facing two important brands. Supported by a structured innovation process, research, Digital Tools and internal / external experts the participants applied an innovation process to generate new solutions, which were pitched to an executive panel.
Solution
At the end of the series, the teams had developed fully formed ideas, corresponding business models, prototypes and business cases responding to their challenges, which were presented in a live presentation to an executive panel.
